Problem Statement :  Currently, when an HR Advisor team member is absent due to any reason, great pain is experienced by anyone who must search for items/work on the absent member’s desk. Project Scope: Includes JEA Downtown Tower Building T-6 TA&R HR Advisors’ desks and work areas. Does not include other Talent Acquisition work areas or other locations. Goal Statement:   Reduce the pain experienced by HR advisors when they need to locate work to assist customers on the desk of an absent team member. This uneven distribution of weight causes trucks to get stuck easier and more ware on tires.
